  • The Organizer reserves the right to relocate stalls if necessary.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and liability.

  • Pre-registration is mandatory for entry to the exhibition.
  • Visitors must carry valid identification and registration confirmation.
  • The exhibition is a B2B trade event; general public entry may be restricted.
  • Photography and videography policies must be followed.
